Advertising Coordinator – Client Services
Full-Time, Hybrid position
Candidates must be located within commuting distance of one of our offices in Rye, NY or Wilmington, DE.
At Today Media, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support the coordination of print and digital advertising campaigns from collection through approval and production.
This role plays a key part in ensuring advertising materials are collected, processed, and deployed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline-driven environment, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering a smooth, professional experience for internal teams and advertising clients.
Responsibilities
- Collect print and digital advertising materials from clients and account executives
- Communicate specifications and deadlines clearly and consistently
- Review files for compliance with ad specs and proactively flag issues
- Traffic materials to internal production teams
- Assist with digital campaign setup and deployment
- Support special advertising sections and promotional initiatives
- Maintain organized tracking of materials and deadlines
- Perform tasks related to the Advertising Operations team including reports, documenting processes and troubleshooting compliance issues.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of administrative, project coordination, or customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with digital advertising platforms is a plus

Salary range $42,000-$46,000 per year
